Greene County Fair - Thursday

Celebrate Senior & Veterans Day at the Greene County Fair on Thursday, August 8, 2024! The day begins bright and early with the 4-H, FFA & Open Sheep Show at 8:30 am. Enjoy noon Bingo hosted by F.O.E. #598 Waynesburg and explore the Greene County Mini Vendor Fair from 2 to 6 pm, sponsored by the Greene County Commissioners and SWPA Area Agency on Aging. Dive into the Home & Garden Exhibit Hall at 2 pm, and have fun with bounce houses and photo booths open from 4 pm to 10 pm. Don't miss the wood carving shows by Nate Howard and thrilling amusement rides running until 11 pm. Join us at 5:15 pm for the 4-H & FFA Awards and stay for the Market Steer and Lamb Livestock Sale at 6 pm. The day tops off with the exhilarating Steel City Truck Pulls featuring hot farm, 6200 pro street, and 8500 street diesel categories. A full day of entertainment and appreciation awaits at the fair!
