Retirement Board Meeting Notes Greene County Board of Commissioners
The Retirement Board Meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month immediately following the Commissioners Board Meeting (except for May, August, November, and December); and will be held in the first floor conference room of the County Office Building. Meeting dates and any changes will be posted publically in the local newspaper and on the county website at www.co.greene.pa.us.
The purpose of these retirement board meetings is to review applications of employees requesting retirement, discuss any other retirement issues, and to vote on matters concerning the County's Retirement Plan for employees.

Meeting Brought to Order:
The Greene County Retirement Board meeting was brought to order by Chairman Blair Zimmerman in the first floor conference room of the County office building. Others in attendance were: Commissioner Coder, Commissioner Trader, Chief Clerk Jeff Marshall, Dave Balint, Cory Grandel, Rebecca Harris, JoAnn Marshall, Charlotte Popielarcheck and Members of the Press.
Minutes Commissioner Trader made the motion and Commissioner Coder the second to approve the minutes from May 18, 2017. Vote unanimous.
Commissioner Trader made the motion and Cory Grandel the second to consent with the investment option changes as presented by Nationwide Investment Services for their 457 plan available to county employees. Vote unanimous.
Dave Balint made the motion and Commissioner Trader the second to acknowledge receipt from Korn Ferry/Hay Group for the Greene County Employees’ Retirement System financial account report on governmental accounting standards board no. 67 & 68 for the 2016 measurement period. Vote unanimous.
Commissioner Trader made the motion and Commissioner Coder the second to adjourn the meeting. Vote unanimous.
