Assessment Board meetings are held quarterly, March, June, September & December (each following the Commissioners agenda meetings) in the 1st floor meeting room of the County Office Building

Members & Meeting:
Members present were Blair Zimmerman, Chairman, Archie Trader, Dave Coder and Mary Ann Lewis, Chief Assessor. The meeting was called the meeting to order at 10:04 a.m. by Blair Zimmerman, Chairman.

Motions Made:
  • Motion to approve minutes of December 14, 2016, made by Archie Trader. Second by Dave Coder and approved.
Old Business:
  • 2016 for 2017 Certified Totals Approved by the Greene County Board of Commissioners.
  • Two (2) Court of Common Pleas Board of Assessment Appeals are pending.
  • Two (2) Court of Common Pleas Board of Assessment Appeals are scheduled for mediation.
New Business:
  • No new business to report.
Public Comment:
  • There were no public comments to come before the Board.
Meeting Adjourned:
Motion to adjourn was made by Archie Trader. Second by Dave Coder and the meeting was adjourned at 10:05 AM.
